ABOUT ME

The grooming experience

I am a fully trained groomer qualified to City and Guilds level 3 standard and fully insured.

I have a purpose built studio based in Park Street, St Albans with space for parking.
I was trained and graduated at the Groom Arts Academy . I am very proud of Macfursons Dog Grooming and understand how important it is for you to feel confident and worry free when it comes to the Dog Grooming experience.  
I will invest the time and energy necessary to make your dog’s stay a pleasant and calm experience. I welcome any unique requests or special concerns you might have.
My family run one-to-one service will leave your dog relaxed whether you require a full groom, or simply having a bath and brush.

I believe my prices are competitive. A typical groom will be around £20 to £60 depending on the breed and the condition of the coat.

An exact price will be given following consultation. Hand stripping will be priced upon request.

As a dog lover I will put the welfare of my canine customers at the very top of my priorities. You will never find drying cabinets in my salon so every dog that visits the salon will be treated like one of my own. If your pet is nervous I will take more time with your dog to make them feel comfortable. My aim is not to stress them or make them feel uncomfortable.
